Privacy Policy

Lootrow (lootrow.com) is operated by Rowrow LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Lootrow", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it when you use our player-to-player game item exchange.

What we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email address. We do not receive your Discord password.

Wallet data. A self-custody smart wallet is created for you by our wallet provider (Privy). We store your public wallet address. We never have access to your private key.

Transaction data. Listings, orders, escrow references, order messages, and dispute records. Note that escrow payments settle on the Base blockchain: blockchain transactions are public, permanent, and outside our control.

Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and usage logs — used for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace (matching, escrow settlement, order messaging), resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data with processors strictly to run the service: Discord (sign-in), Privy (embedded wallets), Coinbase Developer Platform (payments infrastructure, funding, and cash-out), Transak (cash-out — identity verification and payouts are performed by Transak under its own privacy policy), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database). Each provider processes only what it needs for its function.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; on-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session sign-in). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Eligibility

Lootrow is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
