No admin key to your money
The contract is not upgradeable. Admin functions tune caps and fees for future orders and can pause new deposits — there is no function that withdraws escrowed funds, and a pause can never freeze funds already in flight.
Disputes, narrowly scoped
A dispute arbiter can do exactly two things: release to the seller or refund the buyer. Item listings sell as-shown from screenshots; order threads and evidence are preserved. We aim to resolve disputes within 48 hours.
A timeline you can hold us to
Sellers accept within 15 minutes, deliver within 30, and buyers confirm within 24 hours — after that our automation triggers the payout release. Every release lands as an on-chain transaction on Basescan, and the escrow contract is the only place funds can settle.
Honest about audits
The contract has not had a third-party audit yet. It is small (~200 lines), verified, and every settlement it has ever made is public on Basescan. Per-order and total-value caps limit exposure while we earn trust.

FAQ
- How do I get paid?
- The buyer's payment sits in an on-chain escrow contract (Base mainnet, publicly verifiable). When the buyer confirms delivery — or the auto-release timer completes — the contract splits atomically: your share goes straight to your wallet. No platform balance, no payout request.
- What's the fee?
- Founding sellers (first 50): 0% for 90 days, 3% for life. Otherwise flat 5%. Fees are snapshotted per order at the moment of sale — a later rate change never touches your open orders.
- When do my 90 days start?
- At your first posted listing — not when you sign up. Browse, set up your wallet, take your time; the clock only runs once you're actually selling. Two house rules keep spots honest: list within 30 days of claiming your spot, and keep at least one listing live during your free period. Both are fully in your control — nothing depends on how fast buyers show up.
- Is my money custodial?
- No. Your wallet is created on sign-up (Discord login) but it's yours — you can export the private key any time. Lootrow never holds your funds; the escrow contract does, and its rules are public.
- How do I cash out to my bank?
- Withdraw USDC to any address anytime (no minimum, gas covered). Bank cash-out is live: cash out USD to your bank via Coinbase from your wallet page. Transak is coming as a second rail.
- What if a buyer disputes?
- Orders have a built-in message thread and evidence chain (screenshots are preserved even if a listing is removed). A human arbiter resolves disputes; the contract enforces the ruling on-chain.
- Which games?
